When working with couples I hope to help them learn how to maintain a healthy relationship . Therefore, teaching skills to improve communication, such as noticing negative interaction patterns while building positive ones. More of my work with couples, to maintain a healthy relationship, consist of; being more understanding, creating time for each other, connecting, learning about each others differences and embracing them. Along with acceptance, compromise, balance & building solutions together.
I work with individuals to help them succeed at their personal goals, decreasing anxiety & stress, build healthy coping techniques, questioning thoughts, understand themselves better, conflict resolution and ultimately improving relationships. I also teach clients how to slow down, stay in the moment and create time to care for themselves. Therefore, I make sure wellness and mindfulness are a part of my therapeutic process as I strongly feel these are helpful and healthy skills to possess.
